Preparing for 36. Internationaler Martinslauf Losheim am See 2026?
Race day is Sun 8 Nov 2026, in 8 days: taper window. The meta-analysed optimum is about two weeks with volume cut by 41 to 60 percent, intensity and frequency kept (Bosquet et al. 2007). A standard structure, not a prescription. Drop your last four weeks into the planner and it prints two target volumes.
