my take
The agenda is unusually concrete for an Apple session, naming Instruments and coding agents rather than staying at slide level. The published lunch break means roughly three hours of actual content across a five hour window.

about the event
A half day online event on app performance: technical sessions on finding performance opportunities, gathering and analysing diagnostics with Xcode and Instruments, and using coding agents to help build optimisations, followed by a question and answer session with Apple experts. Luxembourg time it runs 18:00 to 22:30, including the Cupertino lunch break in the middle of the published agenda. Register on Apple's events site by 20:00 Luxembourg time that day; a separate in person version runs at the Apple Developer Center in Cupertino.
