How much do tickets cost?

The pass gives full two-day access to all four zones and five stages. Prices including sales tax: early-bird €199 from 16 September to 31 October 2026, regular pass €299 from 1 to 30 November 2026, late bird €399 from 1 December 2026 to 15 January 2027, last call €499 from 16 January to 10 March 2027. The €99 super early-bird closed on 15 September 2026.

What is the deadline for the Startups & Scaleups Awards 2027?

Applications close on 16 November 2026 at 12:00 (CET), across 12 categories. The selection is announced on 10 December 2026. Selected companies pay a €99 package (VAT included, non-refundable) covering an exhibition booth, a live pitching slot and a seat at the awards ceremony on day 2. The grand prize is worth over €125,000.

Is there a closing dinner?

Yes. A closing seated dinner takes place on 10 March 2027 at Luxexpo The Box, at tables of eight. Seats or tables are reserved through a form on the official site, and the price is given as a personalised quote.
