about the event

Seminar in English by the law firm Arendt on ESG litigation trends, held on Tuesday 27 October 2026 from 12:00 to 13:00 at Arendt House in Kirchberg. Seven Arendt experts look at where Luxembourg-based companies, banks, asset managers, insurers and fund promoters are most exposed over the next three to five years: CSRD-linked disclosure and greenwashing claims, supply chain due diligence, regulatory investigations and director liability, with lessons from recent EU case law. Registration is through the event page.
