Lunchtime seminar in French by the law firm Arendt on the Luxembourg bill that modernises the tax treatment of stock option plans, including a specific regime for young innovative companies. It takes place on Tuesday 20 October 2026 in the auditorium of Arendt House in Kirchberg; the page lists the slot as 12:15 to 13:00 and announces the talk for 12:30. Five Arendt lawyers cover the aims of the reform, eligibility conditions, differences with the general regime and practical effects for employers. Registration is through the event page.
