about the event
As part of the European Heritage Days, the Banque centrale du Luxembourg opens its building on boulevard Royal to the public. An exhibition traces the history of Luxembourg's currency through several periods up to the arrival of the euro, and visitors can also learn about the history and architecture of the central bank's buildings. Saturday 17 October 2026, 10:00 to 17:00. Content is available in Luxembourgish, German, French and English. Contact: info@bcl.lu.
