my take

LuxUtsav's 2026 schedule: opening rites on Friday 16 October from 18:00 (Ghot Sthapon, after the set-up from 17:30), morning rituals from Saturday to Tuesday with the Ashtami pushpanjali on Sunday 18 October at 11:15, evening arati at 19:45 from Friday to Monday, and farewell rites (Maa er Biday) ending at 14:00 on Tuesday 20 October.

about the event

LuxUtsav, the Bengali community's Luxembourg Durgotsav Association, holds its eighth Durga Puja over five days at the Salle um Duerf in Itzig, with daily rituals, cultural programmes and food. Entry is free and open to all. The organiser asks visitors to register online for each day, for its own reference only, and welcomes them at any time for darshan.
