my take
Historic machinery on the old Spa layout, and the six-hour race runs into darkness, which is when Eau Rouge is worth the trip. Ninety minutes from Luxembourg City.
about the event
33rd edition of the circuit's historic racing meeting, back to a Friday-to-Sunday format from 25 to 27 September. The grids cover single-seaters, pre-war sports cars, 1950s and 1960s GTs and touring cars, and prototypes, and the headline six-hour endurance race finishes at night. Online tickets cost 25 euros for Friday, 35 for Saturday, 20 for Sunday or 45 for all three days, 5 to 10 euros more at the gate, and cover the grandstands and paddocks. Children aged 12 and under get in without paying, and Thursday 24 September, before the race weekend, costs nothing to attend.
